The Innovation Research About Rental Housing Manage Model For HAIZHU District Guangzhou City

Rental housing management of village in town are closely related with comprehensive control and social public management. This paper takes Haizhu District Guangzhou city urban characteristics of Fengyang Street rental housing management as the object of study, Pointed out the problems of rental housing managements of village in town,such as strong management consciousness but not strong services, lack of management means, fire, public security and so on. After In-depth analysis of three rental housing management models, including as leading factors of managers, management of owner, condition of rental house. This paper take comparative analysis and thinking. At last, suggesting the network management model of "quaternity" combined with the actual of fengyang street. That is mobilizing the basic level party committee, the government, the social organization and the peoples entirely. That is a new model fusing of multiple forces to manage rental houses. On this basis, put forward four measures, including of strengthening the construction of infrastructure in the villages in town, and humanistic service, and enhancing the level of scientific management, and prominent regional characteristics.
