This paper proposes classified study of emergency supply、disaster deductive research and emergency dispatch and combines those three theories forming the whole system of emergency disaster relief. It is based on condition of study on disaster relief system and disaster situation in China, analytical investigation of situation and shortage, Learn from the advanced experience of emergency logistics at home and abroad.Firstly, bin the research of emergency supply classification system; this paper forms whole material classification indicator system and whole emergency supply classification system based on variable weights cluster after study on situation, problem and principle of emergency supply classification.Secondly, in the research of disaster deductive system, SPSS is used to fitting study by two sets of data of the number of deaths and injuries in earthquake. This paper derives toll tendency formula and afterwards forecast tendency of disaster and derive emergency supply classification in term of emergency classification system.Thirdly, in the research of emergency supply scheduling system, existing study result of emergency allocate and transport does not consider constraint of transport capacity, so capacity of supply centre during disaster relief is not infinitely great as imagine. Therefore assume of increasing forwarder transport capacity has been proposed. Firstly, by the target of shortest transport time and limited transport capacity and single objective optimization model, the problem of repeat scheduling has been resolved. And then expand multi-target allocate and transport in the limited transport capacity. That is consider not only shortest time in disaster relief but also number at least, and than expand multi-material dispatch model and enable disaster relief model practical significanceFinally, a summary of the full text, pointed out the future research directions.
