New Socialist Countryside Basic-Level Party Organization Research On System Construction

At present, the reform and innovation becomes more and more important in the Basis of Rural Party. And it contains the construction, creativity, cohesion and fighting. Our Party has done lots of things to achieve the above aspects, such as, the innovation of goals, of ideas, of contents and of management system. As a result, our party has made remarkable progress in the service of a harmonious society, the development of a well-off construction. At the same time, The Basis of Rural Party has been working with the farmers to promote the constructions of Three Dimensional Rural Issues, which makes the structure of agriculture and rural economy increasingly optimizing, the constructions of democratic political and spiritual civilization develop and the income increase. Overall, the function of the Basis of Rural Party has been fully explored. However, there are still plenty of challenges.Therefore, with the guidance of the scientific development and excel in the performances, this thesis analyzes the current construction of the Basis of Rural Party. Also it makes a conclusion of experience and problems. Then based on the case analysis of Qun Jian Village of Guangyuan, this thesis researches the methods of System construction and gives some historical advice. It contains: with the guidance of scientific development, establish and perfect the new system construction; continuously improve scientific level; with excel in the performances, let party members to play a vanguard and exemplary role; guarantee the execution; motivate the combat fort action of the Basis of Rural Party.
