A Comparative Study Of Interest Groups To Participate In The Legislation Of China And The United States

At present, China is in a period of social transition community,faced with a comprehensive change, means of social control, a corresponding shift in the legislation as a means of regulation of interest also transformation. This paper introduces the Social Transition of China are emerging interest groups involved in the legislative practice and interest groups in this particular period of its participation in the inevitability and necessity of the legislation, and pointed out the problems and defects; brief introduction its lobbying legislation, decision-making, indicating the significance of the participation in the legislative period of social transition interest groups trying to provide some of our interest groups involved in the legislative to draw on the practical experience and theoretical basis.
