Study On Problems Of Training And Employment Of College-graduate Village Official

The University Student Village Officer Plan is an important policy made by the Party Central Committee to solve the problems of talents bottleneck in the new rural construction and the employment of the college graduates. After ten years’ exploration, the college graduates’ enthusiasm to work in countryside have been aroused. The economy development of the new socialist countryside and the new rural construction have been filled with new vitality and energy. A new channel of college students’ employment has been opened up and it gained acceptance of the Party committees at all levels and grassroots people. However, due to the incoordination between the current policy and the new rural construction, the training of the university student village officials is prevented and the enthusiasm of some college graduates to work in countryside is discouraged, which is not beneficial for the new rural construction. The purpose of this thesis is to make relevant department face and solve these problems, break through the bottleneck and strengthen the training on the university student village officials. Therefore, the university student village officials can work in countryside with enthusiasm, wisdom and strength, which has significance for the new rural construction.There are four parts in the thesis. The first part is introduction. In this part, the author will introduce the significance, research status at home and abroad, and the research methodology. In the second part, the author will introduce the relevant policy of the party central committee, all provinces and our province on the university student village officials training and point out the necessity of innovation through the analysis and evaluation on the new training mode. In the third part, the author takes Taian as an example to have a research on the current situation of the university student village officials in this city, some typical practices of urban areas and some excellent university student village officials. In this part, the author also explores the restraining factors in the policy and university student village officials themselves. The fourth part is the most important part. In this part, the author will explore how the government prefect the relevant laws and regulations, how other social forces such as colleges, village committee and media give support to the college graduates and how the university student village officials find their own positions and play significant roles. Therefore, it can encourage the college graduates to work in countryside and ensure that the college graduates can stay there, work better there and have a better future. The aim to satisfy the public, the government and the university student village officials will be achieved. The university student village officials will finally shine with warmth and color.
