During the president election campaign in Kyrgyzstan,"colour revolution" took place in a different form compared with Georgia and Ukraine and it changed the countries’s regime. Uzbekistan’s Andijan events Caused a political unrest to the state in2005. In CIS countries, several leaders who Experienced "color revolutions" ignored domestic political construction, such as Ukraine’s Viktor Yushchenko and Yulia Tymoshenko were failed in early2010president election when struggled for president again. In2010Kyrgyzstan’s president Kurmanbek Bakiyev was forced to resign and fled to Belarus because of domestic "4·7" riots. Such "revolution" was stopped in Kazakhstan’s presidential election in2005for the first time, then Kazakhstan achieved a steady development of the regime. The later presidential election in Kazakhstan in2011, Nazarbayev had a absolute superiority status receiving95.5percent of the vote, he was re-elected for the country’s president and the country managed to avoid the outbreak of the "colour revolution" once again.Compared with other CIS countries, Kazakhstan’s political system still in a less sound stage, this situation is almost the same with other Central Asian countries. After20years of independence, it has a more stable political situation and a continuous development of the social status quo until now. It aroused a lot of questions such as why Kazakhstan can resist this "revolution" after other CIS countries which has an outbreak of the "color revolution"? This paper attempts to make a study of the relationship between "colour revolution" and the establishing of national regime then find out the correlation between the two aspects from Kazakhstan’s democratic economic development and transformation, discover the causes that why did Kazakhstan avoid a "color revolution" compared with Kyrgyzstan.
