The Research On The Inspiriting Machanism Of College Graduate Village Officials

Graduate Village Officials Plan is a strategic policy which made by Party Central Committee to strengthen the building of socialistic countryside, to improve the framework of grass-root cadres, to promote the reasonable exchange of rural and urban personnel and to relieve the employment pressure of college graduates. In recent years, the special group of graduate village officials is paid close attention as well.Longquanyi District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province firstly started to carry out "One Community, One College Graduate Plan".It has been8years since to recruit college graduates from society to optimize the framework of countryside personnel.The plan has made some achievements, but some problems also come into being during the process of running.Due to lack of effective inspiring mechanism, it is very difficult to raise graduate college village officials’enthusiasm and initiative. The author, under the guidance of home and abroad inspiriting mechanism research achievements, analyses the enlightenment of Western Classical Inspiration Theory to the graduate village officials and take the Human Nature Assumption as the theoretical basis of this paper. Moreover, the author selects the current situation of graduate inspiriting mechanism of Longquanyi District, Chengdu city as the targeted sample, and adopts the means of questionnaire survey and face-to-face interview to make an analysis of the current situation of college graduate village officials inspiriting mechanism, to make an understanding of the officials’inspiriting expectations and to summarize the problems the inspiriting mechanism. In addition, according to the characteristics of human nature and requirement framework, some measures should be taken to perfect the college graduate inspiring mechanism with the combination of interrelated theory.
