The 21st century is the century which is full of talent competition, in other words, it is a competition in education. Therefore, education plays an irreplaceable role in one country. But the discussion about legal education in college among the developed and developing countries arouses our attention. After the reform and opening up policy, we make progress in the legal education in china and people have increased their awareness of law, so that it strengthens the system of law continuously. However, there are still some problems existing in the legal education. For instance, the phenomenon that we neglect the theory with practice has not been changed yet, and the notion of respecting teacher and his teaching has restrict the development of legal education as it ignore the initiatives of students; furthermore, the teaching model which emphasis the importance of classroom is still prevailing. The main reason is that the notion about socialist law has rooted in our life and the teaching model is so simple, and the evaluation system of legal education is not complete, either. The concept of socialist law reflect the rule of law with Chinese characteristics, as well as the organic unity between the leadership of communist party and all the people in china. Model teaching is the comprehensive concept which is complicated, dynamic and diversified. The complete model education should include the body and object of education, the context, the means and ways as well as the performance of education. The evaluation system of education is to make a conclusion appraisal to the experiences about the legal education. The concept towards the rule of law decides the direction of legal education and reflects the essence of it. The ways to implement the legal education is decided by the teaching models which affects the performance of it. It has a significant impact on the legal education’s past and its future that we appraisal it. Thus, we need to deal with the three main factors so that it is good for the development of our legal education. As we have joined the WTO, it has a shock impact on educational concept of our nation; many scholars begin to their views toward the comparative research fields which can learn more about our country by learning from the latest information abroad. In terms of legal education, we should imitate the belief education which comes from America on the basis of theory, and respect the authority of socialist of the rule of law. For the education model, we should emphasis on the proper position of the roles of teachers, as well as its imagination and politics in the context. The ways to teach should be various and we should coordinate and maintain the relationship between teachers and students, the information feedback should be taken into consideration. In addition, we also need to accelerate the establishment of the evaluation system of legal education, so that we can develop the concept of the concept of socialist rule of law, promote the establishment of the socialist democracy and legal system, as well as the establishment of the socialist modernization country ruled by law.
