Foreign College Graduates Unemployment Governance Experience And Lesson

Our country is a developing county, the development of our country depend on younger,and university graduate are the source of power for national development. But in recent years, the problems of graduate unemployment are becoming severe in our country and becoming a universal social phenomenon in a degree, and which is a comprehensive problem that relates to the reform and development of higher education, the relationship of the colleges and the universities and the society, the benefits of running higher education and the social stability. Based the above reasons, it is necessary that probing into the problems of graduate unemployment in our country further.This article defined the concept of the unemployment of college graduates firstly, and sum up several types of unemployment among graduates which laid the basic theoretical framework for full-text. And then based on the analysis of status and control measures of graduates unemployment in foreign countries, and summarizes the Experiences and lessons learned, and for the presence of graduate unemployment in China, learning from foreign management experiences. And at last, proposes appropriate control measures of graduate unemployment which in line with China’s national conditions.This article is composed of four parts:The first part introduced the background, contents, methodology of the research, and reviewed related researches about graduate unemployment at home and abroad, and with a certain understanding for the topics of domestic and international research profile.The second part defined the concept of the unemployment of college graduates, and analysis the cause of unemployment of college graduates and obtained several major types of unemployment: total amount of unemployment, structural unemployment, frictional unemployment and voluntary unemployment.The third part introduced the status and control measures of graduate unemployment in developed countries, such as the United States, European Union; some developing countries, such as Korea, India; transition countries such as Russia and summarized the experiences of its management.The four part described the current situation and features of graduate unemployment in China, and analyzed the cause of graduate unemployment from both internal and external, and then draw on experience from abroad, and proposed countermeasures and suggestions of graduate unemployment which in line with China’s national conditions from four aspects:government should to expand the market effective demand for university graduates actively, university education reform to adapt to social needs, improve the talent market system, enhance self-employability of students.
