As China continues to expand the number of graduate enrollment,the learning adaptability of the graduates in this period has received much attention.Graduates can smoothly get through the study and life of graduate phase with good learning adaptability.Based on the research of the domestic and foreign studies,this thesis analyzes the current situation about the graduate freshmen learning adaptability,explores their performance of inadaptability and the influencing factors,and then gives some countermeasures and suggestions to improve their level of learning adaptability.In this study,the freshmen of graduate who are from the Dalian University of Technology,Liaoning Normal University and Dalian University are the investigation object.In this study,totally 600 questionnaires were sent out and 557 valid ones were retrieved.The author uses SPSS software to analyze the data of the questionnaire,the research' conclusions are as follows: First,the graduate freshmen overall level of learning adaptability is slightly above the middle level.Second,the graduate freshmen learning adaptability exists significant differences in the admission of students,cross-discipline or not,key university or not,working years.Students of the first voluntary admission are better than the swap students,non cross-discipline students are better than the cross-discipline students,students of key universities are better than those of non-key universities,students who have no working experience are better than those who have working experience.Third,freshman of graduate's learning adaptability doesn't have significant differences in gender,professional type and the home location.The author conducts interview investigations for the low level learning adaptability graduate freshmen.Their performance of inadaptability includes two parts: Subjective learning and the objective study.I will analyze the factors combining subjectivity with objectivity.According to results of the survey,this study proposes the following measures tosolve the problems of the freshmen of graduate' learning adaptability: One is the countermeasure for the subjective influencing factor,including to strengthen the freshmen professional foundation and improve the professional interest;define the learning purpose,consciously arrange the study plan;actively adjust the psychological state,enhance learning adaptability;pay attention to the cultivation of logical thinking,strengthen the practice of scientific research methods.Two is for the objective factors,specifically including improve the quality of teachers' guidance according to the differences of individual students,give students enough care and help,perfect the system of scholarship fund;enrich the relevant resources of learning,provide the material support for learning;improve the hardware environment and create a good learning atmosphere in dormitory.
