To a certain extent, all of these policies are good for the employment of college graduates, but they still need to be improved.Now, the system of employment policies of college graduates in China includes the general policy, the basic policy, the specific policy and the special policy. The general policy and the basic policy of college graduates are aiming at the overall guidance and macro-control. The specific policy of college graduates is about the regulation and rules to adjust the job market and its procedures. Third, further deepen the reform of university teaching and the adjustment of structure, and make the teaching work job market-oriented, and strengthen the capacity of the graduates. Then, deepen the cooperation of companies, universities and research institutes, and culture the appropriate career outlook of the graduates.
