| College students are the erectors and the practitioners of our contour. Also, they arethe group of advanced value in society. On what point of views or value orientation dothey regard a job, or treat towards work, or select a job, are the important factors andguidance to the variation and development of the society. Young people, who were bornin1990s when the information technology was developing at very fast speed, arespecial generation. They adapt to new things fairly easy, and discover a unique brand ofaesthetics and values. People often address them post90’s in this domain. This year,some of them will become one of the first to work. Therefore, based on thedocumentations, this paper investigated686university students through theself-assessment undergraduates’ work view questionnaire, in order to get theinformation about the content and features of university student’s view on work, and toputs forward a way to improve the education and management for both universities orcompanies on college students’ work view. This paper mainly includes the followingsix-part：①Brings forward the theoretical and practical significance of the research onundergraduates’ work view, and purpose of the study, research content and the logicamong contents.②Focus on domestic and foreign-related gratitude psychological, gratitudeeducation theory and practice research, and making a review of existing studies.③Focus on the object of study, research processes, and the research methods.④United in the design and research process of the research tools, analyzing thestructure of undergraduates’ work view.⑤The specifically research on the work values, selection of job, action orientationof work view of undergraduates born after1990s. And analyze the differences betweenstudents in different type.⑥This part will give the countermeasures for undergraduates’ work view based onthe previous analysis, respectively from the angle of students, universities andcompanies. |
