Due to some own reason, they urgently need to promote the physiology health and mental health in assistance with sports. Therefore, the group’s health and development guarantee a close relationship with the development of China’s sports undertaking. However, owing to the limitations of law, society system, economic, culture and their own reasons, the rights of physiologically disadvantaged group have not been able to satisfy their needs. Especially, though the "Sport Law of the People’s Republic of China”states the tendentious guarantee for women, minors, the olds and the disabled, the protection is not sufficient.
