| At present, the situation of employment of college students in China is not good, thus the role of employment guidance of college students in university is increasingly becoming important. College counselors are an important component of the system of employment guidance of college students in university; take on responsibility for cultivation of the employability, the Job search skills of college students, etc. For a various reasons, however, now counselors encounter many difficulties in the process of performing the function of employment guidance of college students. Therefore, this paper, using multiple research methods such as questionnaire survey and interview survey and so on, has conducted a comprehensive research on this research projects.This research found that it is a result of interaction of the internal causes and external causes that the work of the counselors in employment guidance of college students is not very satisfied. Therefore, this research presents a series of specific recommendations for both universities and counselors. For the universities, should for counselors establish a rational division of responsibilities, a scientific assessment and incentive system, and provide a fair and equitable treatment, etc; for the counselors, should enhance their professional and overall qualities, and Improve working methods and means, and establish the overall concept and the whole concept, so continuously raise the level and effectiveness of employment guidance of college students. |
