Research On Compulsory Education Financial Expenditure Performance Evaluation In Minority Areas

Minority areas, mostly distributed in where mountains are very high and people area bit fewer.The poor soil and backward economic development condition with badtransportation and ineffective information in "remote slant poor" mountain, causes theareas wandering at a low level of the minority economy in a long term which is heavilyrestricted vulnerable groups in the ethnic minority areas the development of educationobligations. In recent years, in order to promote minority region compulsory educationdevelopment, national and the local governments have been investing the enormoushuman material and financial resources. This paper aims to study how to make minorityregion compulsory education financial expenditure performance evaluation, and tries toget the performance evaluation of useful conclusion, for decision-makers’ reference.The article is divided into six parts: the first part, introduction.To introduce thesignificance and the reason of the selection for the topic of the article, and to review thedomestic and foreign relevant literature, to define the core concept, introduce theresearch thought and methods, and to point out the innovation points and theshortcomings of the study.The second part,Chapter1, compulsory education financialexpenditure performance evaluation theory.To introduce the basic principle of theoryof compulsory education financial expenditure performance evaluation, to point out thecharacteristics of the performance evaluation, difficulties and feasibility of thecompulsory education financial expenditure,and to provide the theory support for thepractice of performance evaluation. The third part, Chapter2, design of minority regioncompulsory education financial expenditure performance evaluation index system.
