Compulsory education teachers’ performance related pay reform has implementedin the national Compulsory education school in2009to ensure teachers’ income andencourage teachers to work hard. It is a salary system reform. Compulsory educationteachers’ performance related pay reform has vital significance to improve the teachers’income level, to raise their social status, absorb and encourage all kinds of talents fromlong-term teaching, lifelong teaching, It promotes education career development. Theeducation quality education obligations’ cultural qualities are much more influence tothe local national science. Because of the particularity of the minority areas, we shouldpay more attention to social benefits. The key of promoting minority areas is education.The key of education’s development is teachers. Teachers have teaching enthusiasm ornot, teaching situation good or bad lies in how to encourage teachers. If Compulsoryeducation teachers’ performance related pay reform has the effect, it is surely haspositive effect to incentives teachers, improve the teachers’ work enthusiasm andimprove education quality.This paper tries to know the present situation of compulsory education teachers’performance related pay reform in minority areas through making an investigation ofcompulsory education teachers’ performance related pay reform in Guizhou provinceQiannan state, then according to the problems, I put forward the corresponding countermeasure. There are37minorities and minority population accounts for57%of totalpopulation in Qiannan. Because it is located in China’s southwest, the traffic isinconvenience, minority population is larger proportion, economic development islaggard. It includes six sate–level poor counties and137poor villages and towns.Qiannan state has the same characteristics with Chinese most ethnic minority areas, SoQiannan has certain representativeness.This paper mainly divided into the following five parts, the first part is introductionto introduce why I choose this topic and define the related core conceptions, combinewith the domestic and foreign relevant review, then simple state research ideas, researchmethod, innovation and deficiencies of this work. The second part state the relatedtheory, find out the theoretical support for improving compulsory education teachers’performance related pay, The third part to review the salary system of our primary and secondary school teacher since founding our nation. The fourth part is empiricalanalysis of compulsory education teachers’ performance related pay in minority areas.Analyzing related sample survey, and have diagnoses in allusion to current situation andthe problems of compulsory education teachers’ performance related pay reform inminority areas. The fifth part is the research conclusion and analysis. According to thepresent situation of implementation teachers’ performance related pay reform in‘qiannan’ minority areas. Propose the practical suggestions and countermeasures forperformance related pay the feasible effective implementation of the policy to makethese suggestions apply to other ethnic areas.
