Education plays a major role in human life and has an important significance. Asthe people’s material living standards improving, they also require higher quality ofeducation, while the education fair draws widespread attention. China’s minoritynationality areas are mostly mountainous or remote areas inaccessible. Poor livingconditions in these areas not only have a serious impact on national education, but alsoaffect the minority areas of the distribution of shcools. Influences, direct or indirect, such as the specific terrain of the snow, mountains, grasslands, the gobi, desert, etc. willaffect the local traffic conditions, which will directly affect the service radius of thelocal schools, traffic would affect local economic development, good economicconditions will provide quality educational resources for education, and vice versa, youcannot provide high quality education resources, and even some basic facilities are notconfigured in these areas. Minority areas of education compared to other areas ofeducation, there is a characteristic, that is, its cultural specificity. Long years, with thepassage of time and the continuous development of society, to all ethnic nurture theirunique culture, this long-term culture of precipitation formed a minority of the uniquecustoms, religious beliefs, values, psychological characteristics, literary arts, sports, games, projects, and in this specific cultural background, each minority has its ownunique national character. We need a special look at the education of the minority areas, take into account the particularity of national education, the rational distribution ofshcools of the school planning is undoubtedly useful.Compulsory education has been under the spotlight since the formalimplementation of the20th century. The object of compulsory education is children ofthe age of giving care. These children are not completely independent, self-protectionawareness has not yet fully formed, they tend to be influenced on psychological ifthey’re not given proper guidance. Compulsory education schools in minority areashave a scattered distribution of shcools, poor condition, small-scale classes, andteachers’ level and teaching quality also difficult to comply with the requirements. Hence, such schools cannot meet the desire of the masses and their children for qualityeducation. With a large number of rural young adults to go out to the town workers, large quantities of school-age children go to town to study, leading to the loss ofstudents in minority areas schools. On the one hand, the educational resources are idle, some of the teaching school had to merge due to the small scale, on the other hand, theimbalance between supply and demand of educational resources of minority areas, resulting in a strain on the resources of education. This paper is divided into seven parts. Among them, the introduction part mainlyintroduces the background and purpose of this subject, the literature review, researchideas and methods, core concepts and related theory.
