In recent years, employment of university students has been a hot topic of state and society.College graduates are social elites, whose employment directly affects the country’s scientific andtechnological innovation, economic development and social stability. With the internationalizationand market, popular trends of higher education, plus the global economic crisis, the state’s"two-way career, choose " principle of employment not only brought changes in the way ofemployment, but more impact on psychological and the the concept, which makes students faceincreasing competitive pressure of survival jobs, increasingly strong sense of crisis. So there hasbeen the rush of research university,abroad, graduate, even beauty, they hope that they would havemore chips to control the market,while ignoring the practice and training to the spirit ofprofessional. In fact，the employer center not just the education, certification, the knowledge andskills, but more attention to professionalism, professionalism and ethics, because some interviewcandidates directly to ask an ideal of life, choice and value or wheather they can dry up from thegrassroots.The reality also encourages students to give up the idear of ambitious, once and for all,quick success and higher clearance, they should start to pay attention to the value theirprofessionalism training.Colleges and universities should make use of the ideological and politicalclasses and job training and other aspects to interprete the importance and value of professionalism.This paper begins to the definition of students professional spirit,which includs professionalattitude, professional responsibility, sense of integrity, sense of service, teamwork, innovation anddedication awareness in the workplace role. This paper argues that training of professional spirit isa need for competition in new round of economic transition and the survival and development tostudents. Professional training has a certain practical significance to alleviate the spirit ofbi-directional selection and current conflict, or their core competencies,finding their way topromote social stability, or economic restructuring,or technological innovation, meeting thepractical needs and survival needs and long-term needs for exploring the ideological and politicaleducation methods and theories.Some analysis of the professional mental health of college students not very optimistic.Mainly for the lack of professionalism, teamwork and interpersonal skills, integrity and sense ofcareer direction ambiguity, professional sense of competition is not strong. Many reasonscontribute to graduates can’t find jobs,then a considerable number of unrealistic expectations isambitious and pretentious. In the final analysis is the lack of understanding of the needs ofemployers, lack of proper understanding of the value of life, not their ability or lack of targeted core competencies, and university education model is also seriously out of line with marketdemand. The importance of college diploma in the job role is gradually weakening.This paper argues that students with good professional spirit to upgrade their competitivenesunder job predicaments is a new topic of the ideological and political field in China, which hassome challenging and innovative. On the basis of analysis of the spirit and reasons for jobpredicaments, this paper puts forward appropriate measures in four areas: in college courses and inthe campus culture to Strengthen, and college interpersonal bottom line management, professionalattitude training to the students themselves.
