The Study Of College Students’ Political Indifference

The contemporary university students’ political indifference in the China political reality is now much harder to ignore. Youth is the future of the country, the hope of the nation, the precious human resources of country. Since the reform and opening-up, because of the limitation of subjective and objective conditions, the political enthusiasm of college students gradually becomes indifference. This goes on, it could be more negative effects for the students themselves growth and political civilization construction.In order to give full play to the positive role of students in the political life, boost political civilization construction, researching on college students’ political indifferent has become a top priority.Between above cognition, we are going to do some creative research work about College students’ political participation, history, current situation, factor and countermeasure. This article mainly includes the following respects:In the first part, the politics participation and the political indifference and several important concepts are expounded. We think that college students’ political indifference is negative state about college students’ in the political participation and the political participation behavior. In this negative condition, students can either escape from the political life, or participate in the negative political life.In the second part, through the full survey, the author outline some behaviors of college students’ political indifferent. Then we do some research on this aspect.Finally, the author gives some measures to solve the problem of contemporary college student’s political indifference. We think that it should accelerate the reform of political system to lay solid foundation for college students’ political participation, to create a good political environment for arousing the students’ political participation enthusiasm. It should promote the important role of College students’ political participation. At the same time, the college students should strengthen their self-discipline.
