The Research On College Students Career Planning And The Status Of Countermeasures

Employment is the basis to survive in colleges and universities. Every student will go for a job and step into the society, especially in recent years'EEOC(the Enrollment Expansion of Colleges), the students are facing with a serious situation to find a job. To stand on a vantage position in fierce competition, it is very important to make a plan of career. In order to understand the status of career planning in our college students,the study selected ZhouDan's self-composed"university student career planning questionnaire", the verification of this questionnaire has good reliability and validity. In the process of investigation, using a cluster random sampling methods to 410 students have carried on the questionnaire survey. Based on the analysis of data from the discovery, the whole situation of our school students career planning is general, most students have some career planning, but not clear; and on career planning cognitive dimensionality, the different nationality's students show significant difference, the different grade students showed more significant difference, and the different professional students show extremely significant difference; on personal professional qualities cognitive dimensionality, different nationalities and in love or not are presenting significant differences; on the professional characteristics cognitive dimensionality, the different nationality's students show extremely significant difference; on the professional goal orientation dimensionality, different sexes, different nationalities and different professional students show significant difference, different grade students show extremely significant difference; on the professional psychological preparation dimensionality, different grade students show extremely significant difference; on school life satisfaction dimensionality, different grade students show extremely significant difference, different professional students showed more significant differences, in love or not status show significant difference. Aiming at current situation of career planning in our school, we put forward some suggestions and countermeasures, to promote the students'career planning can get better development and perfection.This research is divided into four parts, the first part of college students'career planning career definition, the basic concept, research situation at home and abroad, and problems of the theory proposed reading. The second part of the object of study, the tools, process and data processing is expounded. The third part according to the research results were careful analysis. The fourth part according to investigation results obtained respectively from the angle of personal perspective, school students, social angle in higher vocational colleges are put forward to improve college students'career planning suggestions and countermeasures.
