| With the reform and opening up and rapid development of market economy, college students faced with increasingly complex social environment, personal development, the difficulties encountered on the road and setbacks endless; students in terms of age coincides with the rapid maturing of psychological but not fully mature This special period; in ideas not yet form a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, once the setbacks, they would often not suited to all kinds of problems. Most students have stress, anxiety and pessimism, or cause adverse physiological reactions, and some even take an extreme way, to the suicide situation. In view of this situation, the frustration must take effective and timely education to improve students ability and response to frustration and frustration skills to enable them to successfully deal with setbacks, maintain a positive and optimistic mood, physical and mental health to live and learn.In the first chapter of this paper, Frustration, frustration education and college student frustration education are conceptualized on the basis of previous researching achievements and the main contents of college student frustration education are specified. The second chapter systematically clarifies the problems of college student frustration education and deeply analyzes every possible reason that leads to those problems as follows:lacking specialized course education and social practice, mistaken recognition of frustration education and imperfect frustration education system, the unstable carrying-out of human-centered education theory and the ignorance of frustration education. Suggestions and proposals on the construction and reform of college student frustration education in new era are brought forward in the third chapter, including the guiding principles, implementation principles, main contents, implementation approaches, etc.This paper aims to frustration on the Education of Students can enrich the content of ideological and political education, optimizing and improving the building setback education to improve the ability of resisting frustration of college students today, for today’s society of high-quality training of qualified personnel. |
