Study On The Frustration Education Of College Students

Information of the network is highly developed with rapid update, and the process of accelerating modernization with economic prosperity and rich materials is going rapidly, which not only brought an unprecedented opportunity to the students, but also provided the competition and challenges. Facing increasing pressure, recently, the college students'frequently committing suicide indicates that it is urgent to set up the frustration education. Strengthening college students'willpower to improve students'tolerance, learning self-psychological adjustment to enable the development of physical and mental health to the students is the urgently important issue which needs to be addressed for the ideological and political education workers,under the guidance of Marxist theory, drawing on previous research results, on the basis of the analysis of present educational research of students frustration, from the understanding of frustration educational theory, This paper introduced reaction of students after frustration in order to look for the causes of frustration, studied how to change their attitudes and behaviors and build a positive view of frustration, tried to put forward the means of frustration education in order that the society, schools and families together form a strong and effective education to college students to strengthen the frustration educationThis paper gives a comprehensive, specific and detailed study on college students'frustration education by the research methods such as literature, comparative study, analysis, case studies and others. It is divided into five parts:I. Introduction; 2, the Overview of Frustration Education; 3, the response of College students'frustration; 4, causes of students'frustration; 5, ways and means of students'frustration education.to some extent, this paper makes up for deficiencies in previous studies with Introducing the concept of self-frustration, detailed case studies and emphasizing the important role of individual factors in the frustration. Only fully play the main role of the individual, aware of their inappropriate attitudes and behavior from the frustration, establish the correct view of frustration, can we cultivate students have a stronger ability to resist setback, learn self-psychological adjustment to promote the physical and mental health.
