Research On The College Students' Frustration Education In The Perspective Of Positive Psychology

The application of positive psychology in the frustration education of college students is not only the need to enhance the effectiveness of the frustration education of college students,but also to meet the needs of the psychological "sense of acquisition" of college students.According to the theory of positive psychology,this paper studies the frustration education of college students.It is of great theoretical significance and contemporary value to shift the emphasis of education from solving psychology problems to paying attention to the advantages and virtues of individuals,to fully tap the potential of college students and to realize the fundamental task of the college.This paper is divided into four parts.Introduction part of the name of the beginning,point out the reason and significance of the topic,research review,research methods and innovations,focusing on the domestic and foreign related research literature combing;part two,The author summarizes the basic theory of frustration education of college students from the perspective of positive psychology,that is,defining the related concepts of frustration education in the perspective of positive psychology,expounding the relevant theoretical basis and the significance of the research;the third part,through the questionnaire survey to obtain the firsthand information,and carries on the statistics and the rational analysis to the data,elaborates by the diagram,the table,the text union way,teases the positive psychology angle of view.College Students' frustration education is education negative,lack of advanced concept,lack of positive factors,lack of support system of education methods and single educational environment;the fourth part,the key part is the thesis,but also innovation.In view of the problems existing in education in the perspective of positive psychology,this paper proposes concrete and feasible measures from education target,education content,education method and education environment,to enhance effectiveness of college students' frustration education,to meet the needs of the development of the students' growth and expectations,cultivate all-round development of socialist builders and A successor.
