Research On The All-Round Education Strategy Of Independent Colleges

Under the new situation, the appearance of the independent college——as a new mode of high education in China, has provided the beneficial attempt for social resources to blending in higher educational field. It realized the organic combination between public colleges and social forces through marketing operation pattern. But with the coming of information society, there appears some new situations, such as the enrollment amount of independent college is expanding gradually, the rear services of it has become socialized, which bring college students’ ideological and political educational work a new opportunity, as well as a new challenge.If the college ideological and political educational work wants to adapt to the development of age and society, it must insist on keeping pace with times. Practice shown that it was not enough for educational work just by instructor’s daily management and the teaching of the "two courses" lectures. We must strengthen the full educational consciousness, make the links of whole-course education better and consolidate the carrier of all-round education. Whether these could be realized related not only to the all-round development of individual students, but also the realization of the training goals about Chinese higher education talents, even more related to the overall development and revitalization in our country in the future. Therefore, we should take effective security measures through various channels to promote all-round education situation be realized as soon as possible.This composition has clarified the particularity and necessity of the all-directional education through analyzing of the mechanism deficiency existed in the independent college and from several aspects like teaching, supervising, service, environment and practice, to exploring the all-round education mechanism which is structured to accord with the characteristics of the independent college, In this way, we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the independent college educational work under the new situation.
