As the innovation form and practice entity of enterprise education, corporate university is getting more and more attention, domestic research is focus on analysis and mirror the experience of excellence corporate university, the propose advice for the domestic corporate university, but for some foreign companies’university, developing environment and employee group is complex to them, how to promote this kind corporate university develop is research should focused. Training system is the core of corporate university’ construct and development, perfect training system is very important to corporate university. Foreign company’ Y corporate university is the case of this paper, research method include documentary method, interview method and participatory survey, present the training status and uncover the problem, the put forward development scheme for training system of Y corporate university. This paper includes six parts:The first chapter is instruction, mainly introduce the research background, research problem and meaning, research design. The second chapter is research overview of corporate university and define key concept of this paper, there are the basis of this paper.The third chapter is based on research problem and literature review, present the training status of Y corporate university, mainly including the development, training project,trainer, training evaluation, training management of Y corporate university. The forth chapter based on the problem analysis of training system and multi-view unscramble, combine subjective and objective material, then extract the problems of training system of Y corporate university. The fifth chapter unite the problems and current status of Y corporate university, propose establish Y corporate university’ training system, mainly consist of training courses system, trainer system, training evaluation system, training management system.The sixth chapter is research conclusion and reflection, conclusion is training courses underexploitation, internal trainer’weakness and lack of specialized internal trainer, lack breadth and deepness of training evaluation, problems in employee’ training needs, low training satisfaction, short of training management system and optimize learning platform, from training courses,trainer, training evaluation and training management aspects to establishing training system of Y corporate university. Finally, reflection on research contents, research method and research problem.
