| The data reveal that: more than 80% of the Fortune 500 companies have founded their own corporate university. In recent years, many enterprises in China also have established corporate university with a rising growth rate.The issue of talented people in private enterprises in Wenzhou, compared with other cities in China, is much more conspicuous, and it even becomes an important reason for private enterprises to migrate out of Wenzhou. From Meters/bonwe University established in Shanghai to AOKANG University established in Wenzhou, reflects the strategic perspective of Wenzhou private entrepreneurs on personnel training. As a result, the innovated private entrepreneurs try the new method to cultivate talent - Corporate University. This paper is to presents corporate universities in Chinese which appeared frequently as the starting point, and the first corporate universities in China's footwear industry-- AOKANG University as the research object, combines with actual situation to develop specific operational methods from the training system, teachers, training courses, systems of examination and evaluation, corporate culture and other aspects.The thesis is divided into four parts, which illustrate the root of the emerging of corporate university, the development in and out of China and the problems, the author is trying to through the detail analysis of AOKANG University to discuss several questions, from system building to running efficiently, especially the question that how to cooperate with the strategic goals of enterprises.Chapter 1– introduces the aims and meaning of this investigation;Chapter 2– introduces mainly the root, development and characteristics of the corporate university;Chapter 3– the important and key part, it studies the introduction and analyses towards AOKANG University.Chapter 4– the conclusion of this paper, sums up the inspiration of the building of corporate university for local enterprise especially for private owned enterprise.
