With the rapid development of information technology,distance education mode haschanged constantly,the interactive,network,digital features of modern distance educationbecome increasingly prominent, online education has become one of the main mode of teaching,the creation of a network that can promote students’ positive learning environment is the key tothe implementation of online education, and learning activities of learners in a networkenvironment can not be separated from the learning platform. The context of informationtechnology resources easy to get rich, so we have to consider the pursuit of what learning ismore valuable, the universal information makes us realize“how to learn”is more importantthan“what to learn”, and reach an unprecedented level of attention to effective learning, learnto effective learning assurances from the learners’ mastery of knowledge,and the learningplatform is the basis of effective learning of learners,and the ability to master effective learningis reflected not only in distance learning but also in the future of learning and life for learners.The purpose of this study is to explore the problems of our learners in the learningplatform for effective learning, and propose appropriate solutions departure for the constructionof future learning platform from the domestic and foreign scholars on the learning platform andeffective learning.This paper defines the concept of network learning platform and effective learning firstly,analyses the functional modules of network learning platform, and the theory of the conditionsfor effective learning, and effective learning characteristics in the network environment. All ofthe above lay a good theoretical basis for the subsequent questionnaire construct.Through the front of the comprehensive analysis of this study, the author has summed upthe six factors affect the distance learners of effective learning, including initiative, interaction,learning resources, learning management evaluation, knowledge construction and emotionalexperience. This study has verified these six factors by the data analysis of questionnaires, andanalyzed learning situation of the learners use learning platform, as well as distance learners in different contexts for effective learning differences.According to content analysis and findings of the survey, the author points out that theproblems in the learners’use of learning platforms in the end of the article, including interactivelearning is slightly passive, it is difficult to form a good interactive environment; low utilizationof dynamic learning resources; the organization of the contents of some courses are too"teaching"; the lack of effective dynamic evaluation mechanisms; learning management supportsystem to be improved; the phenomenon of "great importance to cognitive underestimate theemotional" in the platform still exists; and proposes the countermeasures and suggestions forfuture learning platform for construction, including create interactive and cooperative learningenvironment; build learning resources in the way of "structured" and "systematic"; increase the"process" evaluation and "open" evaluation; focus on learning the use of emotional factors inthe platform; effective learning management support system, and from the perspective ofpolicies and regulations to improve distance education, to explain distance educationregulations and related policies by the legal system and scientific, so that future learningplatform will build the basis of theoretical and policy. The ultimate goal is to optimize thefunctional modules of the learning platform and construct exchange platform for teachers andlearners.
