Following the development and change of the times,the adjustment of China’s educationalpolicy, the Innovation of educational theory and Scientific research on Education, the moraleducation in primary school needs new requirements in pertinence and effectiveness . Thisarticle tries to construct a pattern of moral education which is guided by Life Moral Educationtheories and practiced by Theme activities as carrier. Through literature study, case studyand action research method, according to the analysis of Chinese and foreignresearch at present, this article thinks the times significance of this research is that it is theneed for carrying out China’s educational policy to organize the Life Moral Education activitiesin primary school which is based on Theme activities , and the Actual demand of Improvingmoral work in primary school , the practical Demand of promoting the moral work in Bin chengprimary school.This article elaborates and definites the conceptions of the Life Moral Education theorieswhich this research is based on , what kind of lives and Theme activities . Based on the theoryof Life Moral Education, We think that the Life Moral Education is a kind of Moral charactercultivation by which students learn how to be a moral person through loving life, understandinglife and experiencing life . It should be the life of the students , on the students , except others .In this article , we also agree with it . we call the life which conforms to the system of socialistcore values is moral life and the Theme activities are the collective activities which circle anmoral topic and interact between the teachers and students , students and students , in or outschool .we carry out this research in the Experiment Primary School of Bin Cheng county , ShanDong Province . This research tries to integrate the education resources of Theme activities andestablishes the connection between the big Theme activities and Festival Culture activities, tointegrate the education resources of Political events and establishes the connection betweenMoral education courses and Political events, to integrate the education resources of Moderncommunication technology and establishes the connection between the Family education and the School education. In the first part , we analyze the existing festival culture of Chinese and decideto carry out Thanks Giving education, Environmental moral education, Patriotiism Education.All the three have the same characteristics that manifest the connections between the Themeactivities and festival culture . In the second part , we invoke life cases to stimulate students’moral thinking by the method of moral dilemma , in order to improve the moral level of thestudents and train the students’ moral behavior . In the third part , we analyze the influence ofinformation technology on people’s character and behavior , and provide the method ofStrengthening the network of moral construction between the family , school and communitythrough internet , mobile phone and etc. This Article also analyzes the problems and suggestionswhich are needed to pay attention to in the Guiding ideologies, Subject research and PracticeCourse. Research shows that the Life Moral Education is an effective way to improve thepertinence and effectiveness of the moral education in primary school.
