In today’s society, happiness has become an important issue in philosophy,sociology, psychology, economics, and other fields.The presentation andapplication of concepts like index of happiness, happiness, happiness abilitymodel gradually incorporated into all aspects of life. However, in education, it isneglected to pay close attention to students’ happiness which leads to "missing happiness"in real education. In this paper, taking a class E as theresearch object, through ways of class activities design, organization andmanagement, based on the practical concept of happiness education, it isdesigned to guide students to set up healthy, the scientific view of happiness,cultivate their sense of happiness and create happy ability as well as promotestudents’ development of true happiness.This research mainly adopts qualitative research method, at the same timeshows the necessary quantitative analysis on the research results. Through thereduction process of the original, it is designed to find problems in the processas well as find out the reasons for these problems and put forward somefeasible countermeasures and suggestions.Through the design andorganization of class activities, such as a series of class meetings, classcollective log, the "happiness of small text-sharing sessions, sports, watch movies by researchers, students taking part in the class activities feel happierthan before, find happiness factor easier and the overall level of happiness ofthe students has been improved. But at the same time it is found there areseveral problems appeared in happiness education class activities:1,happiness education content out of the student lives. 2, formalization of "happy education ", which mainly displayed in two aspects, the attention onhappiness education practice is not enough and happiness education lacks ofopenness. 3, the lack of universality of happy education, which can be seen thatthe participation enthusiasm of teachers and students is not high, the parentsshould pay more attention to social education, the low utilization rate of socialresources. In view of the above problems, some countermeasures were putforward, firstly, to properly position the happiness education; secondly, to carryout the happiness class in more forms and multiple channels, happinesseducation should not only be merged into classroom teaching, but also manyaspects in extra-curricular activities, at the same time strengthen three effectivebonding mechanism of family, school and society. Finally, it is advised toenhance the consciousness of happiness education and leading effects in classactivities.
