In-post practice is an effective way for improving students’employment competence, in which, higher vocational schools fully make use of enterprises’ professional talents, technology, equipment, business environment and other related resources, through the cooperation between school and enterprise to cultivate students’ comprehensive quality and practical ability, as well as to shorten students’adaptability when getting a post. Higher vocational schools’launching in-post practice do have positive role in improving students’employment competence. However, in reality, there are quite a lot of issues to be settled. Obstacles could be found in related policies, teacher resources, students’adaptability, enterprises’participation, as well as in many other aspects. With regard to the abovementioned practical issues, the paper is designed to conduct an empirical research on higher vocational students’in-post practice, as well as to study and analyze related issues. The research structure and main viewpoints of this paper is listed as follows:Section One:Briefly introducing the reason for the selected topic and as well as the significance of the research. The content and objective, research ideology and method, as well as main points, difficult points and innovative points of the research are to be stated. On this basis, the frame of this research will be established.Section Two:On the basis of consulting related literatures domestic and overseas, the paper is to classify and summarize already existing researches on higher vocational schools’in-post practice in China, with the aim to find some theories needing to be further studies, as well as to further study in-post practice from teacher resources, enterprise participation, students’adaptability and other related dimensionalities.Section Three:Based on the core concepts of in-post practice and school-enterprise cooperation, the theoretical foundation for higher vocational schools’in-post practice will be briefly discussed, so as to provide some theoretical support for the research.Section Four:By going into the real environment for investigation and interview, this section aims to collect some basic situation about Maanshan Technical College’s implementing in-post practice. On this basis, by integrating the analytic results of questionnaire and interview, the paper will summarize current issues existing in in-post practice implemented by Maanshan Technical College.Section Five has conducted deeper analysis on existing issues from the following aspects:separation of teaching concept and in-post practice, separation of higher vocational schools’communication with enterprises, as well as separation of legal institutions and in-post practice. The major objective is to discuss the reason why in-post practice is hard to be successfully implemented.Section Six:With regard to current issues and causes for higher vocational institutions’obstacles in implementing in-post practice, the research is trying to give reflections from the dimensionalities of law science and management, so as to give concrete countermeasures and suggestions on establishing in-post practice system, developing in-post practice program, formulating in-post practice policy, encouraging schools and enterprises to participate in in-post practice, as well as strengthening vocational education’s technology in science and research.Conclusion:Based on the research, the author will generally present countermeasure and suggestions for higher vocational schools to implement in-post practice. In the meanwhile, defects of the research, as well as reflections and proposals for future study are also demonstrated.
