At present, the Higher Vocational education is being at an important stage ofaccelerate development, and Higher Vocational education is being get more andmore attention.2005， the State Council promulgated the "State Council onvigorously develop vocational education decision", which pointed out, the policy ofthe vocational education is " taking service as the aim and taking the employment asthe guidance ", at the same time pointed out to implement the training Pattern ofCombine Work with Study Training, School-enterprise cooperation. Thus,School-enterprise cooperation is the only way to develop vocational education.School-enterprise cooperation is an inevitable way for vocational development, it isa talent cultivation model that joint training talent and achieve the goal whichinnovate talent cultivation. The development of Higher education is inseparable fromthe School-enterprise cooperation. For the higher education, the fundamental task ofSchool-enterprise cooperation is training high quality and skilled talents which thesociety and the enterprises need.School-enterprise cooperation can achieve the goal which realizes thebidirectional development of the school and the enterprise through the cooperationbetween school and enterprises. That is the school can grasp the information andtrends which the enterprises need, and then can provide the basis for school toformulate the talent training scheme, adjust specialties structure, reform thecurriculum system and professional teaching standards. So that it is benefits for theconstruction of the focus on the specialty as the core, building the Higher Vocationaleducation talents stander, carrying forward the study modal of the combinationlearning with working, raise the quality of the Higher Vocational education talents.Enterprises can find the intelligence support for the further development of theenterprises and support the talents reserve for the further development of theenterprises through the School-enterprise cooperation. Under the background of thedevelopment vigorously of the Higher Vocational education, School-enterprisecooperation has been getting more and more attention. How to provide a gooddevelopment train of though for the School-enterprise cooperation, it requires us to understand the present situation of the School-enterprise cooperation of the HigherVocational Colleges, problems which exists in practice and how to solve these them.,these are needed to cause our attention.This thesis takes the School-enterprise cooperation of Physical DistributionManagement Specialty in the city of Qinhuangdao, through questionnaires andinterviews with relevant personnel, and from three different perspectives of colleges,businesses and students, and comprehensive survey the School-enterprisecooperation of the Vocational college in the city of Qinhuangdao. The article isdivided into five parts, the first part is the introduction of the article, including thecontents of the research background and significance, the second part is thetheoretical foundation of the School-enterprise cooperation, the third part focuses onthe status quo of the school-enterprise cooperation of the vocational colleges inQinhuangdao City, the fourth part pointed out the problems and causes of theproblems that exist in the School-enterprise cooperation, and the final fifth part isthe countermeasures. I hope these studies can provide some reference for thedevelopment of School-enterprise cooperation of Higher Vocational education.
