In this study, the object of study is the teachers of the four universities in the Qingdao. As a basis for assumptions, the study is on the basis of an extensive literature and tries to understand the results of University Teachers pay satisfaction research and the recent theory of remuneration more systematically. Combined with the actual status of university teachers, the study take the way of statistical analysis to study the valid data on the satisfaction of the questionnaire and university teachers’salaries, does in-depth investigation of the internal and external factors affecting their pay, and take the factor analysis and innovative thinking. The study takes a variety of factors to explore the status of salary satisfaction of university teachers, and salary structure, salary levels and salary management. It takes the methods of questionnaires and interviews to research the satisfaction of some colleges, and universities in the level of teachers’ salaries, salary system, salary structure, salary form in Qingdao. Using the statistical software SPSS13.0descriptive statistics, the study is in an attempt to reveal the problems of university compensation management, and examines the demographic variables, including the different gender, age, education, job title, working conditions, which, to some extent, affect the satisfaction of university teachers’ salaries. At the same time, based on the findings, the study puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for university personnel and salary management.The study includes four parts,.At the first part, there is the exposition of the relevant concepts and theories, which analyzes the status of satisfaction of China’s college teachers’salaries; at the second part, the University Teachers’ Salary Satisfaction factor is analyzed, including different gender, age, educational level, job level, work experience, income level of pay satisfaction of university teachers; at the third part, spot checks carried out to explore the problems in satisfaction of the four university teachers’ salaries in Qingdao City, and analyzes the causes; at the last part, targeted suggestions of the problems was proposed based on the analysis of university Teachers’ Salary satisfaction.
