In the 21 st century, when facing the increasingly fierce economic competition around the world,developing the education has become the main problem of government attention,especially improving the quality of education at all levels. The teachers with High levels play a key role to improve the quality of education.Part of Young teachers are the one part of teachers group, is also one of the main force, represent the future development in universities.Since the enrollment expansion of universities,on the quantity and quality,young teachers cannot satisfy the requirements of improving the quality of higher education.Teacher not having high quality, it is hard to guarantee the quality of education, it is also difficult for teachers to guarantee the quality of education.University teachers’ professional development must keep pace with the reform at the same time.In nowadays, there are some problems such as improper incentives, incomplete incentives content, single incentives method and unconspicuous incentive effect in management among colleges and universities,which seriously hindered the pace of young teachers’ professional development.Therefore,for the young teachers in colleges and universities, to establish a flexible and effective incentive mechanism of professional development, it is very necessary to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of young teachers, promote the development of colleges and universities.This research reference to teachers’ professional development and incentive mechanism and so on a series of basic theory and method, through the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey, design the survey questionnaire about young teachers’ professional development incentive mechanism of Yunnan Normal University.To investigate the different demand levels of young teachers’ professional development,executive satisfaction condition of young teachers at university incentive and incentive mechanism.And in order to better solve the young teachers’ professional development problems of incentive mechanism in Yunnan Normal University,first of all, the problem of university teachers incentive mechanism in our country is analyzed, on this basis,according to the actual situation, proposes some useful advices which can improve young teachers’ professional development of incentive mechanism in Yunnan Normal University:get to know the needs of the young teachers structure, make the combination of material incentive and spiritual incentive;conduct an environmental incentive, creating a positive culture atmosphere;optimize training incentive, training effect;make promotion incentive diversification as far as possible, arouse the enthusiasm of young teachers;System innovation.In the role of young teachers’ professional development incentives, in order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of young teachers and enthusiasm for work, thus contribute to their professional development and improve the quality of university teaching, and promote the development of the university.
