Choice Of Development Strategic Of High Level Universities With Industry Background

In the fifties of last century, all walks of life on the urgent needs of the professional and technical personnel, universities with industry background have begun to appear, and engineering universities with industry background are the most representative. After half a century of construction and development, In the process of service of national strategies and development of the industry, universities with industry background has formed a prominent educational advantages and features, and it played an important role in the promotion of industrial modernization process. Meanwhile, the development of universities with industry background in China is also faced with new problems and challenges, and it is very worthy of study.In this paper, based on the full investigation, analysis and test, seven part of the study is completed, which include the introduction, theoretical foundation and research review, and the interactive relationship of social economic development and university development, development mode and experience learning of abroad multidisciplinary university, SWOT analysis of high level universities with industry background in China, Strategic choice of high level universities with industry background in our country, research conclusion and outlook. The study fully demonstrates the closely connection between economic and social development and university development, and expounds the important support role of construction of world-class multidisciplinary university to national economic and social development. Whit development model and experience learn from abroad multidisciplinary university, and SWOT analysis of high level universities with industry background in China, strategic choice of high level universities with industry background in our country was made, it is the main conclusions of this paper, and summarized the innovation and insufficient.In this study, the main innovation is:First, based on economic and social development perspective, the interaction between economic and social development and the development of the university was demonstrated; Secondly, by conducting comparative analysis of similar universities, it is foreseeable there are three stages to go through from high level universities with industry background in our country to the world-class multidisciplinary universities; Finally, on the basis of the SWOT analysis, six strategies for the development of China’s high-level university with industry background was proposed, which include innovation alliance of industry, university and research strategy, innovative personnel training strategy, high-level platform for innovation strategy, industry, science and technology-led strategy, management system innovation strategy and open schools strategy.
