A Research On Development Strategy Of F Building Vocational School In Fujian Province Under The Background Of Construction Industry Adjustment

In recent years,our country pays more and more attention to vocational education and also increases the investment on it,offering a rare opportunity for the development of secondary vocational education.At the same time,Fujian Province also witnesses rapid economic development,the elimination of backward production capacity,the burgeoning of emerging industries and the accelerating pace of industrial structure optimization and upgrading.Against the background of industry adjustment,the traditional construction industries have slowed down the growth rate against the backdrop of industrial adjustment.Real estate industries,have remained low in these two years.Due to the adjustment of the industry,F construction vocational school located in Fuzhou is facing a lot of problems.At present,it is necessary to adjust the school development strategy,find a reasonable position,clear the direction of development,optimize the development path.When studying the development problems of F school,this paper draws lessons from the theory of enterprise strategic management and does a research on the actual situation of F construction vocational school by using the method of strategic management.Reasonable strategic optimization suggestions on the basis of scientific analysis are also put forward in the parper in order to solve the problems of the development of the school brought by the adjustment of the construction industry.With the combination of theory and practice,this paper studies the development strategy of F Building Vocational School in Fujian Province,and tries to provide a strategic reference for the development of professional secondary vocational school.What's more,this paper analyzes the internal development ability of F school from six aspects,such as the hardware of running a school,the situation of teachers,the ability of specialty construction,and identify the core competencies,development strengths and weaknesses of the school's internal development.Furthermore,this paper analyzes the external macro environment of F school from the aspects of policy,economy and culture,studies the industry competition environment of F school by means of five-force model analysis,and determines the external development opportunity and threat that the school faces.After an adequate research on the internal development ability and external environment of the school,this paper analyzes the main problems of the current strategy of F school under the background of the adjustment of the construction industry.This paper would determine the reasonable development objectives based on the school's internal and external environment assessment,adopt the SWOT matrix analysis to find out the suitable combination of strategic optimization,and put forward a reasonable implementation strategy for the corresponding projects.
