This is an era with rapid development of knowledge in the21century,teachersbecome the constructors of personal knowledge has great significance. Thissignificance can be divided into the following five aspects. This kind of importantmeaning can be generalized to five. Firstly,it is helpful to glow teachers’ subjectivespirit. Secondly,it is helpful to teachers’ Professional development. Thirdly,it ishelpful to develop education practice. Fourthly,it is helpful to eliminate the badevaluation towards teachers. Fifthly, it is helpful to the development of publicknowledge.Constructing personal knowledge of teachers has three ways:1. Construct thepersonal knowledge through studying. It has2kinds: theory studying and experiencestudying.The emphasis of theory studying is transform theory to personal knowledge,the emphasis of theory experiment studying is to absorb wisdom from experiment.2.Construct the personal knowledge through practical teaching activity. Practicalteaching activity include before teaching in classroom、teaching in classroom and afterteaching in classroom. Teachers construct personal knowledge through the creativeactivities like preparing a lesson、teaching aid and correcting students’ homework.3.Construct the personal knowledge through researching. Teachers study their practicalactivities, criticize and recollect their works, explicate what they did, teachers’personal knowledge system is constructed in this course.This paper has broken some ways to construct teachers’ personal knowledge,through these ways, it is not only benefit to structure of teachers’ knowledge, but alsohave important meaning to enrich public knowledge and development of students.
