In the background of the information age, the informationization of teachereducation has rapid development. As an effective means to improve teachers’information literacy, teachers training plays an important role in the post-employmenteducation, related research has never stopped. In the training practice, many teachersare anxious for success, with the result that the actual effect of training is notsignificant. The existing research on teacher training participation is still stuck in thesuperficial behavior; however, the research on the deep participation which affects thelearning process has not specifically studied.In this context, we will consider the problem of how to improve the quality oftraining of teachers effectively as a starting point, using the research and discussion ofrelevant theories to explore the concept of participation, the relationship between thedominant and the recessive participation, and how could they impact the learningprocess. We will discuss and explore the design process of the participation model indepth with the Cognitive theory, and finally fulfill the establishment of theparticipation model.This dissertation is divided into four chapters: the first chapter includes thebackground of the study, the research status, and the objectives of the research. In thesecond chapter, we analyze the concepts and the theoretical basis in this study,providing theoretical support for the research of the recessive participation. There aretwo problems we discuss in the third chapter: one is how to express the participationmodel, and the other is how to decide the dimensions in the participation model. Inthe fourth chapter, we design the participation model which had two dimensions andthree levels including 5 Points measuring models and 2 overall test models in it.This study conduces to understand the recessive participation profoundly, therelationship of the dominant and the recessive participation, and how they impact thelearning process. We could observe the situation of the teachers and their Recessiveparticipation by using the participation model. This is a method for enhancing theeffect of training.
