Education of high schools is the basic education of nine-year compulsory education. Education of high schools must fulfil her mission that students can go on study in universities and colleges or they find a job.Tenachers are the key factors in education system.Teachers are the deciding factors in high schools. The development of high schools need exemplary teachers.Performance Evaluation System of teachers is a important task in high schools. The key factor of Performance Evaluation System of teachers is scientism and rationable. Performance Evaluation System of teachers is in beginning stage in China.It is a difficult task that how to construct Performance Evaluation System of teachers objectively and exactly.The system may reflect teachers’s ability scientificly and fairly.How will the system let teachers work positively? How will the system help high schools to develop.This thesis analyses the present situation of Performance Evaluation System of high schools teachers. This thesis make a fair and scientific Performance Evaluation System of NanNing Second Middle School. This thesis gives fair Performance Evaluation System up to standard by Delphi Method.At last, this thesis give some suggestions about the construction of Performance Evaluation System of NanNing Second Middle School.
