The middle school teachers' morality assessment is the organic component of teacher evaluation,and it plays an important role in the process of morality evaluation,the establishment of the morality assessment index can be able to enrich the content of morality construction,establish the scientific morality evaluation index and assign weight,making the assessment more specific and effective.For students,it can improve the teacher-student relationship in the process of teacher morality continuous improving,improving the students' motivation to learn;for teachers,it is an objective external oversight mechanism which can urge teachers to improve their morality behavior,improving their moral cultivation;for schools,they can make the morality assessment programs which have effectiveness,it is used to measure the school teachers' morality level more accurately;for society,the improvement of teachers' morality and teaching style has a leading function on constructing the core values of socialism and improving the social atmosphere.This thesis takes the actual situation of middle school teachers' morality as a starting point,based on education,management,ethics and so on theory,the target is to establish the middle school teachers' morality and assign weight,using literature,interviews,Delphi method,AHP,qualitative and quantitative and so on methods to proceed analysis.Investigate and research the current situation and problems of the middle school teachers' morality detailed on the basis of drawing on the relevant research,further proceed the index selection,weight assign on the middle school teachers' morality examination,proceed the detailed exploratory study on the selection evaluation main part and scoring proportion.This thesis is divided into the following parts:The first part is the introduction,putting forward the problems encountered in the process of assessing the teachers' morality based on the morality assessment is not high at the moment,the morality biased form,the assessment indexes are lacking of scientific and the operability is poor,the teachers' morality's effectiveness is poor and so on,which gives prominence to that the purpose of the present stage our country's middle school teachers' morality assessment is to implement the morality assessment,construct the scientific morality evaluation index system,enhance the effectiveness of morality assessment.It has positive effect on not only enriching the morality construction theory,but also the schools,students,teachers and society.The second part is the literature part,which mainly analyze the definition of the morality and teachers' professional ethics,the content research of the morality and the method research of the morality assessment.The third part is the methods of research and the process,which mainly include that select 5 one level indexes,38 two level indexes in total to make up the assessment system through the Delphi method's construction on the morality assessment index;assign each assessment index different index's weight using AHP,using 360-degree assessment method to choose teachers themselves,superiors,students,parents,colleagues as the evaluation main part and score the assessed teachers;getting the scoring ratio by questionnaire,laying the foundation for developing the morality assessment index system program scientifically.The fourth part is the conclusion part of the thesis,developing the middle school teachers' morality assessment program based on the previous research,which include the determination of the assessment purpose,assessment principle,assessment index and weight,assessment main part,the issuance of the assessment questionnaire and so on links,and proceed the feasibility verification on the morality assessment program through expert questionnaire,examples analysis.The fifth part is the conclusion,the practice of middle school teachers' professional ethics in the school system of assessment indicators proposed.This thesis' s research mainly obtains the following results:Describe the current situation of the present stage morality assessment and explain the reason;The application of different research methods in determining the morality assessment index system and weight evaluation main part selection is respectively using the Delphi method,AHP,questionnaires and so on methods to determine the index systemand assign the weight and the scoring criteria of the evaluation main part.Construct the morality assessment's implementation plan,proceed the feasibility test on the morality plan experts and examples;The morality assessment's feasibility is affirmed,the performance assessment methods in the management and the personnel assessment theory is affirmed in this research.
