The market-oriented process of China's economy has been accelerating,and the reform efforts have been gradually strengthened,which has also led to the continuous reform of the education system.Schools are facing more opportunities,but also increasingly severe challenges.Non-profit schools have introduced the performance appraisal of enterprises into the management of schools.The performance appraisal of full-time teachers can comprehensively analyze,measure and evaluate the completion of full-time teachers'work and the performance of post duties.It can also evaluate the personal development of teachers and reflect the work situation of teachers in all aspects more practically and perfectly.In addition,through the above comprehensive situation response,while evaluating teachers'work,it can also effectively guide teachers' future work direction,further stimulate teachers,enthusiasm and initiative,and stimulate teachers'potential.On the one hand,it can improve teachers'work efficiency,on the other hand,it can improve the overall management level and teaching quality of the school,and promote the high speed of the school.Sustainable development.At present,the performance evaluation of teachers in W Middle School mainly includes five aspects:professional ethics,educational effect,professional level,teaching effect,teaching and research effect.However,influenced by the traditional system,this traditional performance appraisal method has obvious defects,which are mainly reflected in the unreasonable evaluation indicators,the incomplete performance appraisal,the lack of objective fairness,the single subject of performance appraisal,the unreasonable use of performance appraisal results and the lack of incentives.The main reasons for these problems include insufficient attention to teachers' performance appraisal,lack of communication and feedback,imperfect performance appraisal mechanism,and lack of systematic professional skills training.In order to solve these problems,this paper constructs a new performance appraisal system for full-time teachers in W Middle School of Wuhan City,designs a performance appraisal index system for full-time teachers in W Middle School from five aspects:teacher ethics,teaching ability,teaching research innovation,teaching achievements and work performance,designs a new performance appraisal table for full-time teachers,and collects information from "performance plan-process-performance counter-reaction".Several schemes of Feedback Communication-Application of Performance Result put forward the concrete implementation scheme and guarantee system of the new performance appraisal system.
