Based on the interpretation of Geertz’s theory of anthropology is describedand analyzed in the specified permission system, a northeast Thailand CountySecondary School Principals in the real daily life behavior. According to aThailand president intensive year-long all-around deep analysis, depicting theprincipal work, role confusion, evolution, life in the complex social behavior, Atthe same time the use of ethnography research method, to a person at themicroscopic level showed a behavior way of analysis and study, it is the one largewindow, on the understanding of Thailand middle school present situation havecertain reference significance.The research methods of this thesis is the ethnography. Tracking and theexchanges of different objects in the whole process of the "event","Insider" angleclose to the description of the background and situation, cause the reader to scenereappearance and the author’s point of view to think.
