Along with the previous employment distribution pattern is substituted by the "make choice by both sides, choose job by oneself" employment mode, the development of social diversity has put forward higher requirements of college graduates in the knowledge, skills, personality development and the overall quality. Then the college students’employment psychological problem and crisis of future becomes a major focus of social employment. On one hand, the pattern of higher education and professional curriculum failed to form a butt joint with social HR market, and is not shaped growth effect cooperative mode among enterprise in society, which led to the lack of ability to practice for college students. According to Max’s report, college students lack the necessary occupation career planning abilities, and the college is lack of social demand investigation, what’s more, the students’lack of self awareness towards to future and themselves. On the other hand, at present, the psychological quality of college students has different degrees of defects, mainly include:anxiety, cowardice, blind conformity, reliance and passive, edgy paranoia, which are formed by debugging ability as well as the impact on the surrounding environment. Therefore, it’s necessary to make coordination among the college, society, family, individual to solve psychological dilemma. Social work in college mainly starts from the employment psychological dilemma situation, use of intervention model including preventive work mode, therapeutic work mode, development mode and coordinated working mode to solve different situation of the employment psychological problems and to provide personalized guidance and help, through the occupation career planning, make well guidance and direction in advance for college students, through the diversely work way such as the case work, group work and community work, to solve students’ employment in the process of the psychological therapy. Combine schools, employers in the society and students’ individual to form resultant force, to jointly promote the enhancement of their psychological qualities of college students, and improve employment ability.
