The number of college graduates has been growing in recent years，increasing pressure on employment of college graduates， college graduates in theform of very severe. College graduates for employment services have many needs，but often the importance of government and society to provide jobs， whileignoring solve the employment of college graduates face psychological problemsarising. College graduates employment needs in addition to providing the materialneeds like jobs， education and counseling and psychological support needs aresometimes more important needs. Psychological counseling， stress counseling，build self-awareness， social support networks constructed belong to the scope ofpsychological support. Although the employment of college graduates faced with alot of demand， but because of limited human and material resources， the modeof traditional government-led graduates employment guidance services already cannot meet college graduates employment guidance services for high standards，multi-faceted needs. Social work as a helping profession for college graduates in theemployment service has incomparable superiority， has great potential fordevelopment， the concept of social work services， professional theoreticalknowledge， practical skills and techniques for the integration of college graduatesemployment services go， inevitably receive better results. Currently there havebeen some community college graduates to participate in social service projects tomeet the needs of more job seekers， the author internship " Eagles Fly " YouthEmployment Services is involved in social work graduate employment services，which the author is responsible for the employment of college graduatespsychological problems supportive group is to focus on research on the employmentof college graduates face psychological problems arising. During the internship thestudy and research of the author focused on the graduate job seekers who， throughcontacts and exchanges with them， I learned the employment of college graduates psychological problems and difficulties facing the current situation， includingeconomic pressure， the gap between the ideal and the reality， psychologicalstress and poor interpersonal generated even feel contempt and other societies.
