At present,the number of college graduates has increased year by year,and there is a deviation between the supply of talents and the needs of the society,the diversified development of society also puts forward higher requirements for the knowledge,skills and comprehensive quality of college graduates.The employment pressure of graduates continues to increase,and all kinds of employment psychological difficulties have become a very common phenomenon.Social work empowerment theory emphasizes excavating potential and developing ability of service objects.From the perspective of empowerment theory,this paper will provide reference for social work to intervene in graduates who fall into employment psychological difficulties from multiple levels.This paper takes S University as an example to collect data mainly through semi-structured interviews.Firstly,in-depth interviews with graduates with psychological difficulties,summing up the forms of employment psychological difficulties,including nervousness and anxiety psychology,impatience and paranoia psychology,blind herd psychology,comparison psychology,inferiority and timidity psychology,conceit psychology.Secondly,through interviews with graduates,parents,school employment guidance center teachers,college counselors,and enterprise recruiters,analysis of the causes of these psychological difficulties:personal level includes lack of self-cognition,career planning ability,work experience and comprehensive ability;interpersonal level is the support absence of family,peer group and school;social level includes imperfect employment policy,unfair recruitment and severe employment environment.By analyzing the shortage of traditional ideological and political education and mental health education in the employment work,it reflects the feasibility of social work intervention.With the empowerment theory as the framework,based on the methods and ideas of social work,this paper puts forward suggestions for increasing energy of social work intervene in employment psychological difficulties of college graduates:at the individual level,it pays attention to the personal concept consciousness and psychology empowerment;at the interpersonal level,it should strengthen interpersonal relationships and school empowerment;at the social level,it guides the government and system empowerment.It provides a basis for the establishment of social work intervention under the background of deep-rooted traditional employment guidance work in universities.
