This article takes our country traditional folk paper-cut as an example in senior school education. It studies the high school art education of our current country that how to inherit and develop the traditional culture which has the realistic significance of the era. The paper-cut has the aesthetic value that can make the adolescent experience and create the beauty. On the other hand, it can improve their cultural accomplishment and aesthetic taste. And it can promote the development of the intelligence of the adolescent and develop their good moral character. At the same time, the adolescent can generate the strong interest for our great artistic charm of the folk so that it can enable students to love our traditional culture and study the spirit of our country.This thesis consists of six parts:the first part is the introduction part. It tells the researchable origin、researchable purpose、the main content and the researchable status of analysis at home and abroad. At the same time, the researchable direction and value of the paper are identified. The second part mainly tells us the research of the folk art teaching of the new curriculum standard of our country in high school. This part includes: the evolution and present situation of paper-cut、the significance and present situation of folk art in the teaching of senior high school and the current situation. The third part is the key part of the thesis. We can find the problems on the basis of the analysis under the new curriculum of our Chinese high school so that it can clearly explain that we should pay attention to the related content about art teaching practice of Chinese paper-cut in high school. It simulates that students love traditional culture and their learning interest through the subject matter of traditional paper-cut、spirit meaning、shape characteristic and the paper-cut skill. In the fourth part, it tells us that the teaching effect comes from the teaching content and the practice of the design arrangement of the paper-cut and sums up the result and reflection of teaching experiment through the teaching effect of the folk art of paper-cut. It mainly includes the analysis of the teaching content and the situation of the students in the design of the teaching content. And then, it comes to conclusion. In the fifth part, after comprehensively discussing the experimental introspection of paper-cut art teaching of the art teaching, this part mainly explains the effect of the paper-cut that is the main form of folk fine arts in high school art education about the inheritance and development of traditional culture. It includes:the researchable review、 the researchable result and the teaching outlook of fine arts of high school in our nation.Finally, it is the conclusion part and a summary of the article. At the same time, it explains the importance and significance that make the folk arts into fine arts classroom teaching in the high school.
