The folk art is connected to the life and art of the most direct contact with its most primitive and simple manner born in our daily life, but also in the constant practice of gradual improvement, before the formation of the traditional forms of art flourishing today. Folk art which has its own set of practical, fun and easy to operate as one of the features in a traditional Chinese folk art into thriving, but also easier for the general secondary school art class to accept. Market competition in modern society that is more creative competition, the competition is more behind the creative collision with the contest between cultural connotations.According to 2011 newly established "ordinary high school art curriculum standards (experimental)" teaching requirements, high school art curriculum must be based on "cultural and artistic heritage, promote spiritual character" based on the start means learning stage regardless of the extent to which students in curriculum concerning our understanding of traditional culture, heritage and have been put forward in an extremely important position. Traditional teaching art classes for school culture has always been connected through subdivided down to the art of not only in the school classroom, but also active in a variety of extra-curricular interest classes among most students very early contact to the relevant knowledge about the folk art of paper cutting, paper-cut high school student to have some basic knowledge of the operation, which provides the basis and foundation for the creation of the author and the art of related courses.The key issue of this study is to:explore the art of how to achieve the transformation of the modern three-dimensional design from a simple pattern to the plane, in order to better integrate into the modern design awareness among traditional art, and thus reasonably be applied to the Course this is also the difficulty of this paper.The author in the folk art into the design process of high school curricula, conduct applied research cases, the purpose is to explore the art of the introduction of the high school curriculum design process practical significance lies, for which this paper has the following four sections:After the first chapter of the course, the definition of paper-cut in this study, "Design & Technology" module defines parsing, this study clearly support the scope and object of this article, summed up the relevant information and content of folk art from the aesthetic point of view to explore the meaning the art of applied art classroom.The second chapter is using questionnaires, research methods literature to clarify the significance of this study lies in front of the teaching of students and post-questionnaires were teaching, in order to understand students’ understanding of the paper-cut and design, learning expectations, individual assessment and pre-sentence and other issues, to explore folk art and cultural education through the questionnaire analysis and summary of instructional design and development efforts in the real art education may be subject to limitations.The third chapter is mainly aimed at the survey data, elaborate folk art into the specific design of the application of the high school curriculum · craft. Based on teaching high school art curriculum standards require the design process modules, combined with the use of mind mapping brainstorming "self-exploration-cooperation inquiry" teaching methods designed to instructional design and practice.
