Since the promulgation of the national new curriculum standard(hereinafter referred to as the "new curriculum standard"),art teaching has more reflected the practicality and practicability of knowledge.The "craft" module in the new art curriculum standard of ordinary high school closely combines the curriculum content with students' life experience,encourages students to further learn knowledge and professional skills,pay attention to practical ability,grasp creative skills,and produce emotions,mentality and values beneficial to themselves and society.In order to give students more choices,we can combine local resources to develop school-based teaching materials with local characteristics and can express the core quality of art discipline to meet the needs of students' learning and selfdevelopment.Folk arts and crafts are very consistent with this feature.Integrating the representatives of folk handicrafts curriculum resources into the school-based curriculum of Fine Arts in ordinary high schools can not only enrich their school-based curriculum resources,but also focus on cultivating the development of students' five core qualities of Fine Arts:image recognition,aesthetic judgment,fine arts performance,creative practice and cultural understanding.This paper is mainly composed of five parts:the first part is the introduction.Starting from the needs of the development trend of art education,it explains the importance of using folk handicraft curriculum resources in high school art,arranges the educational ideas of scholars all over the world in recent years,and makes some research on the specific contents of school-based teaching materials and traditional handicraft curriculum.The second part interprets the meaning of traditional handicraft curriculum resources and high school art school-based curriculum development,refines the educational value of this kind of curriculum resources,and explains it according to the theoretical basis.The third part is to investigate the development and design of traditional handicraft school-based curriculum,collect and sort out data through questionnaire survey,and lay the foundation for further curriculum development and application.The fourth part discusses Yimeng paper-cut,the local representative of folk handicrafts in Linyi City,carries out the traditional handicrafts school-based curriculum taking Yimeng paper-cut as an example,teaches students according to their aptitude,formulates the appropriate unit curriculum development design of school-based curriculum,and excavates the students' potential ability.The fifth part is to optimize the teaching practice.Through the feedback of the results of the implementation of Yimeng paper-cut school-based curriculum,the school-based curriculum of folk handicrafts is summarized as a whole,reflected and improved.According to the development and design of folk arts and crafts resources such as Yimeng paper cutting,such resources can be transformed into school-based courses to help students form the core quality of art.Taking the development,design and utilization of Yimeng paper-cut as the key,collect and sort out a large number of Yimeng paper-cut teaching resources,analyze the feasibility of transforming Yimeng paper-cut into schoolbased curriculum,and design teaching scheme,so as to integrate folk handicrafts with more regional characteristics into the school-based curriculum of ordinary high schools.
