As the national education reform and development medium and long term planfor2010-2020"the formulation, the basic education reform process has also enteredthe overall implementation stage, the curtain of China’s education reform has alreadybeen fully open. Teachers’ professional development is more and more emphasizedand education practice pre-service teachers training as an important practice, and as ateacher professional skill, the inspection and perfecting process, has long beenconsidered an important part of the teacher training. Education practice summarizesthe present situation and the existing problems; educational practice is to develop animportant part of Teachers Education teaching ability.Educational practice is to cultivate an important part of Teachers Educationteaching ability.this article expound the problem of educational practicum throughthe literature review at first, and then learn from the idea of service support system indistance education, building the service support system for normal college student inthe real environment. Through the learning community of teacher and student, solvethe problem existing in the educational practice at present. This system consists ofthree parts: team support, resources and technical support and system support.According to this system, to provide high quality resources for the student-teachersand to provide continued support and help for the professional growth ofstudent-teachers, and thus enhance the level of school teaching.According to the survey analysis found the effect of educational practice thetraining required for normal school students and the level achieved in the actualprocess of carrying out the existence of certain performance gaps. The main reason isresource sharing the inconvenience, the lack of available resources; internships lack ofexchange and cooperation, and practice the outcome is difficult to retain; The guide isnot enough, the evaluation of a mere formality, management, lack of monitoring theeffectiveness of a variety of reasons influence educational practice effectiveness. Thispaper presents the use of performance technology to build educational practicesupport system, Organization Behavior and Learning Community ideas into practicalactivities and management practices, the formation of the internship process standardsand management practices. And try to solve the existing problems for ways toimprove educational practice effect.
