Aerobics became the first sport in twentieth Century 70’s USA, with people constantly pursuit and love for the sport, in China in twentieth Century 80’s aerobics. Today, aerobics are very popular among all social strata, in various fields, with its unique art, entertainment, fitness and health care is popular in the daily life of the people. In our campus is also popular aerobics, aerobics curriculum more in daily physical teaching in middle school and University, in the sports option class in all kinds of schools, hot extent aerobics is very high, as a course in essential to the sports option class. Through the literature search, review of academic research, aerobics is quite rich, but most studies focus more on teaching and training, at present is relatively thin model study. A complete system of teaching mode has a very large role in the daily teaching of aerobics, to improve the quality of teaching, the development of the enthusiasm of the students, guide students to self innovation have the very big help. This article from the teaching mode, from the perspective of cooperative learning mode, through the Aerobics in daily teaching, to try to "cooperative" learning model the feasibility and the superiority of.The research for the development of aerobics course provides the theoretical basis and reference data for future promotion, Cangzhou Medical College aerobics teaching has positive significance, the research results show that:1.In the aerobics course in Colleges and universities use "cooperative learning mode" to improve the quality and efficiency of teaching, to promote the growth of the students have auxiliary effect is very big;2.In the aerobics course in Colleges and universities use "cooperative learning mode" is conducive to the promotion of students to enhance the awareness and ability to cooperate, to carry forward the excellent quality of unity and cooperation among the students, for students in the future to handle interpersonal relationships and ability to adapt to society are strengthened;3.Application of "cooperative learning" in Aerobics Teaching in Colleges and universities, to make the students become the main body of the class, to inspire students’ enthusiasm for learning, has great influence on the development of students’ creative ability;4.Application of "cooperative learning" in Aerobics Teaching in Colleges and universities, the teachers and students between students and can achieve full interaction, to create a harmonious, comfortable atmosphere in the classroom, for the teaching task smoothly, this model is better than the traditional teaching methods can lead to better learning effect;5.Application of "cooperative learning" in Aerobics Teaching in Colleges and universities, for students to learn and understand the aerobics specialized skills have a great role in promoting, cooperative mode and coordination ability, can better development of students accurately master the movement dynamics, amplitude, and can develop students’ sense of music and rhythm in music situation, to enhance the students’ comprehensive qualities have some help.
