Research purposes:With the advent of information society and the intensification of economic globalization, the spirit of cooperation and innovation has become the strongest voice calling for new talent of the 21st century. Facing the modern demand, furthering course reformation and promoting quality education have become the key point of new round of basic education. In this paper, referring to the course reformation for the perspective, a widely used abroad teaching model– a cooperative learning model was adopted in aerobics teaching. In order to explore the feasibility of the cooperative learning model at colleges girls'aerobics teaching, we integrated theoretical study into practical work and studied the relation among models for cooperative learning, independent development of the students and cultivation of cooperation and innovation by taking girl students in Jiangsu University, Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, Zhenjiang college and Jiangsu polytechnic college of agriculture and Forestry as my target, which offered the reference for the development of the college girls'aerobics teaching.Research Methods:Resorting to literature consultation, experimental methods, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, and by way of the experimental studies of cooperation learning, This paper combined cooperation learning model and Zhenjiang City four College girls'aerobics teaching to do some Experimental study, and with a view to arrive at an objective of the experimental results.Research Methods: In four Zhenjiang City College girls'aerobics teaching, we compared students'basic form, sports ability, physical quality, special skill and theory and drew the following conclusions:(1)cooperative learning model, "inter-group homogeneity, group heterogeneity," as the fundamental characteristics, brought new ideas and vitality to aerobics teaching , active class atmosphere and enhanced student's interests in aerobics; Enhance the cohesion of student groups to raise awareness of student cooperation; (2) the application of cooperative learning model verified its good teaching effect and excellent adaptation range; (3) cooperative learning model applied in teaching aerobics optimized the process of classroom teaching, enhanced student participation consciousness, and improved students'achievement greatly. Furthermore, in this paper, we put forward corresponding suggestions on the problem in the implementation of cooperative learning model.
